Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

Your notice must include:

Your full legal name and contact information
Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on AMPLFY
A good-faith belief statement that the use is not authorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights owner or authorized agent
Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next

We will review your notice within 2 business days, remove or disable access to the infringing content, and notify the uploader. The uploader may file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@amplfy.app with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice" including your name, the removed content description, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat Infringers

AMPLFY terminates accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
