Content Ownership & Rights

By uploading content, you confirm that you own all rights to it, or have obtained all necessary licenses from rights holders. Uploading music, recordings, or lyrics you do not own is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

Content Removal

AMPLFY reserves the right to remove, suspend access to, or disable any content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is the subject of a valid DMCA notice. Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated.

No Liability for User Uploads

AMPLFY hosts content uploaded by independent artists. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMPLFY is not liable for any content uploaded, posted, or transmitted by users. Artists bear full legal responsibility for their uploads.

Prohibited Content

Content you do not have the legal right to distribute
Content infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
Defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content
Content violating privacy or publicity rights of others

Tipping & Payments

Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. A small processing fee may apply.
